Khloe Neely
Khloe is a senior in the Health Occupations program. She was drawn to the field of nursing because she enjoys hands-on work and has a passion for caring for others. After successfully earning her CNA certification in January, she began her co-op placement at the Bradford Ecumenical Home, working as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
Khloe chose to participate in the co-op program to gain real-world experience in healthcare. Her favorite part of the job is building meaningful relationships with both the residents she cares for and the team she works alongside.
After graduation, Khloe plans to attend the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford to major in Nursing. Best of luck, Khloe!

Karsyn Gracey-Dalton
Karsyn is a senior in the Marketing program who spent her year gaining valuable experience with the Office of Philanthropic and Alumni Engagement at the University of Pittsburgh in Bradford. In this role, she applied the marketing skills she learned in class to help promote campus events and support student engagement initiatives. Karsyn especially enjoyed the creative side of her work, designing flyers and producing videos to connect with the student body. She appreciated the opportunity to develop new, real-world skills that will serve her well in the future.
After graduation, Karsyn plans to begin an exciting new chapter by joining the United States Air Force. Congratulations, Karsyn.

CO-OP SPOTLIGHT
Dani Ordiway
Dani is a senior in the Marketing program. She chose this field to learn how to attract customers to a business and discover which promotional strategies are most effective. For her co-op placement, Dani gained experience at both Proper’s Florist and Greenhouse and The Lodge at Glendorn. At Proper’s, she took customer orders, created floral arrangements, and managed the business’s Facebook page. At The Lodge at Glendorn, she worked in the kitchen, preparing and baking morning pastries, making after-dinner chocolates, and assembling cheese plates for arriving guests.
Dani’s favorite aspects of her co-op experience were learning new skills and gaining insight into how businesses operate. Her unique opportunity to work in two different industries allowed her to explore multiple career paths while applying what she learned in class.
After graduation, Dani plans to attend St. Bonaventure University to major in Occupational Therapy.

Mitchell Douthit
Mitchell is a senior in the Marketing program. In class, he enjoyed learning about the various techniques and strategies used to promote and develop products. For his co-op placement, Mitchell worked at Journey Health Systems, where his responsibilities included transferring documents into employee files—both digitally and in filing cabinets—scheduling Facebook posts for affiliate organizations, assisting with administrative tasks, and creating social media content.
Mitchell appreciated his co-op experience because it provided valuable on-the-job training and helped him prepare for his future career. His favorite part of working at Journey was the supportive and friendly people he worked with.
After graduation, Mitchell plans to attend the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford to major in Business Management. Best of luck, Mitchell!

Mallory Craig
Mallory is a senior in the Marketing program who gained valuable work experience through her employment at Gleason Construction. While employed there, she tracked inventory, invoiced bills, input finances, submitted payroll, and various other administrative tasks. Her favorite aspect of the job was the opportunity to gain real-world experience that will benefit her in any career she chooses to pursue. Mallory opted to participate in the co-op program because it allowed her to maintain a job without interfering with her academic responsibilities or athletic commitments, unlike a typical part-time job.
After graduation, she plans to attend Alfred State College to major in Veterinary Technology, with the long-term goal of opening her own veterinary practice. Congratulations Mallory.

Sarrah Cox
Sarrah is a senior in the marketing program. She chose to enroll in marketing because she wanted to learn about all of the different career paths related to business. Sarrah did co-op placements at the Bradford Ecumenical Home and the YMCA. Her favorite aspect of the co-op program was the opportunity to use time that might have otherwise been spent in study hall to gain real-world work experience, earn income, and develop skills that will serve her well in the future. The co-op program allowed Sarrah to bridge the gap between classroom theory and practical application, enhancing her learning experience.
After graduation, Sarrah plans to enter the workforce, with the ultimate goal of owning her own business. Congratulations Sarrah.

Jacob Abers
Jacob Abers is a junior in our Carpentry program. He began working for Bob Cummins Construction Company last summer and continued through the school year through co-op. Jacob enjoys learning carpentry skills that prepare him for a wide range of projects.
After high school, he plans either to attend college to play football or to enter the workforce directly and earn his CDL. He intends to return to Cummins this summer and continue co-op there during his senior year. Jacob values his experience at Cummins, where he appreciates the supportive environment and the opportunity to learn something new every day.

CO-OP SPOTLIGHT
Mitchell Brinsky
Mitchell is a senior in the Automotive Technology program. He chose this field because of his passion for solving real-world problems and his interest in working on vehicles.
For his co-op placement, Mitchell worked alongside Pete Falconi, gaining experience with traditional automobiles, heavy-duty diesel trucks, and various other vehicles. He selected this co-op opportunity to receive hands-on training in a professional shop environment while getting paid. Under Pete's mentorship, Mitchell received in-depth instruction and valuable experience working on large diesel trucks and heavy equipment.
Upon graduation, Mitchell plans to attend the University of Northwestern Ohio, where he will major in Medium and Heavy Duty Diesel and Construction Equipment. Congratulations, Mitchell.

CO-OP SPOTLIGHT
Mayla Smith
Mayla is a senior in the Early Childhood Education program. She chose this path due to her lifelong dream of becoming an elementary school teacher.
Throughout her studies, she has gained invaluable knowledge about the diverse needs of students and how to teach them a wide range of skills. During her sophomore and junior years, Mayla completed her placement hours at Growing with Grace, and this year, she furthered her experience by working at GGB Elementary School.
Her favorite aspects of the childcare program have been helping the children, brightening their days with a smile, and teaching them foundational skills like the ABCs and 123s. One of her most cherished memories was when the children brought in their Halloween costumes and paraded around the school, pretending to trick-or-treat. She also enjoyed Christmas because she made each of the students a gift.
Looking ahead, Mayla plans to attend the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford to major in Early Childhood Education. Her ultimate goal is to become an elementary school teacher and create a classroom where she can make a lasting impact on her students' lives.

Malachi Benjamin
Malachi is a senior in our Well Drilling Technology program. Part of that program focuses on plumbing, electrical, and construction work. For his co-op placement, Malachi chose to work with a maintenance crew that purchased a home, stripped it down to the studs, updated and replaced the plumbing and electrical systems, and completed a full renovation to convert the property into a rental. He appreciated the opportunity to gain hands-on, real-world experience while earning money during the school day.
After graduation, Malachi plans to enter the workforce in the construction field, while continuing to work part time as a cook at Togis.

Kenzingten Fuller
Kenzingten is a senior in the Early Childhood Education program, driven by her deep passion for working with children. She did her placement hours at ABC Grow with Me Childcare during her senior year and GGB during her sophomore and junior years.
Throughout her time in the program, she has cherished the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with her students over the past three years. One of her favorite aspects of the program has been attending specials classes with the students, allowing her to connect with them on a personal level.
Looking ahead, Kenzingten plans to attend the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford, where she will continue her studies in early childhood education with the goal of becoming an elementary school teacher.

Chloe Button
Chloe is a senior in our Early Childhood Education program. She chose to enroll in the childcare program to deepen her understanding of working with children.
Her favorite aspect of the program has been building relationships with the children she has worked with and playing a role in their growth and development. One of Chloe's most cherished memories from her placement is the opportunity to experience Christmas time again at the same school she attended as a child.
After graduation, Chloe plans to pursue Radiological Sciences at the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford.

Camden Baker
Camden is a senior in our Health Occupations Program, driven by a passion for helping others and inspired by his older sister’s career in nursing. He chose this field to follow in her footsteps and make a positive impact in the lives of those in need. Camden has thoroughly enjoyed the Health Occupations program at Bradford High, appreciating the opportunity to deepen his knowledge of the medical field in a supportive and welcoming environment.
In January, Camden proudly earned his CNA certification and selected the Bradford Ecumenical Home for his co-op placement. This decision allowed him to gain valuable hands-on experience as he prepares to continue his education. After graduation, Camden plans to pursue his nursing degree at Jamestown Community College (JCC).

Bryceon Sallade
Bryceon is a senior in our Engineering Technology program and completed a co-op placement at Bradford Forest LLC. With a strong interest in the hands-on aspects of engineering, Bryceon particularly enjoyed the opportunity to create something tangible and then put it to practical use. He valued gaining real-world experience in the field while also being compensated for his work. Additionally, Bryceon appreciated the chance to engage with co-workers and learn about the most intriguing aspects of being an engineer. Looking ahead, Bryceon plans to continue his education at Pennsylvania College of Technology, where he will pursue a degree in engineering.

Anna Mazzone
Anna Mazzone, a senior in our Childcare program, completed her placement hours at ABC Grow with Me and GGB Elementary School. Her favorite part of the program was seeing the children grow—physically, mentally, and emotionally—over time.
One of Anna’s most cherished memories was walking into her placement classroom and being greeted with excitement by the children, all running up to her for hugs and saying, "Miss Anna, you're finally here!" Moments like these affirmed her lifelong dream of becoming a teacher.
Next year, Anna will begin working toward her Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education at Jamestown Community College (JCC).
