Tuesday BAHS and 21st Century hosted a College Fair. Students had the opportunity to talk to over 27 different schools from around the area.

Thursday a group of Career and Technical Nursing, Carpentry, Engineering, and Machine Dual Enrollment Students had the opportunity to tour the Pennsylvania College of Technology campus. The Dual Enrollment Program offer Career and Technical students the opportunity to earn PCT credits while still in high school at no cost to the students.

A senior who has earned her OSHA 10 certification, well control certification, as well as Rig Math certification. She is proficient in welding as well as pipe fitting.
Liberty is looking into attending welding school when she graduates.

The ANF (Allegany National Forest) invited us to participate in a field study analyzing the health of our forests. Students walked through an unhealthy forest stand, another one marked for cutting, one recently cut in the early stages of growth, and one in mid-stages of growth. At each stop they shared different key features and different management techniques that can be applied.

These 3 HVAC students and the entire HVAC 2 class installed a mini-split heat pump system to be used as a trainer for the HVAC CTE program.
