The Bradford YWCA held its 28th Annual Leader Luncheon at the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford on March 12. Cecily Bell, a senior at Bradford Area High School, was recognized as a 2026 Rising Leader. Cecily demonstrates leadership qualities and has made a difference in her community. Cecily was nominated by Ashlee Colwell, Jan Russel and Sue Lee. Congratulations!
