Before
submitting a work order, please check for the following:

Is your username correct?
- Are you using the correct password?
- Is your address set to: 10.10.0.5?
- Is the port set to: 1677?
- Can you connect to the internet?
- Check to see if your network cable is plugged in (to
both the wall and back of your computer).
- If you cannot connect to the internet, the network
may be down.
You can
solve many of the problems above on your own. Please
verify the five items listed above, and submit a work order
form to the Technology Department for help. |
