Printer Help Desk

Before submitting a work order, please check for the following:

  • Is your printer turned on?
  • Is your printer out of ink?
  • Is your priner connected to your computer?
  • Is you printer connected to the network?
  • Does your printer have a paper jam?
  • Are you printing to the correct printer, or are you printing to another printer on the network?

You can solve many of the problems above on your own.  If you know what ink cartridge you need submit a supply order form to the Technology Department and we will get it for you.  However, if you cannot fix your printer on your own, or if none of the problems listed above is what is wrong with your printer, please submit a work order to the Technology Department for help.
