School Nurse
Successful candidate must have a BSN and be willing to enroll in an approved program of study to obtain the Pennsylvania School Nurse Certification. The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, communicate effectively, perform duties in an efficient and pleasant manner, possess the ability to get along well with others, a demonstration of support for administrative decisions and initiatives, be able to work under a high level of stress in a rational, calm and equitable manner and exhibit a team sense of both operation and cooperation with administration and staff. Preference may be given to those with related experience. The Bradford Area School District is looking to hire:
Tutors
Temporary one-year positions working with individual special educations students and/or small groups of special education students to provide intervention services. Training will be provided. The position(s) are 5 days per week from October 1, 2010 through March 25, 2011 for 4 1/2 hours per day. Rate of pay is $17.00 per hour for those with a bachelor degree and $10.00 per hour for those without a bachelor degree.
