Welcome Parents to the School Nurse Website! You will find useful information about health services provided at GGB and School Street Elementary schools along with the schedule for Pennsylvania State required immunizations, physicals, and dental exams.
Your Elementary School Nurses are Mrs. Amanda Wright, RN BSN and Mrs. Sonja Wineberg, LPN.
Please Note: Pennsylvania School regulations require physical examinations for all students entering grades K, 6, and 11 Dental Exams are required for all students entering grades K, 3, and 7.
Please return all physical forms, immunization records, & dental forms, if applicable, as soon as possible to Mrs. Wright RN.
