Communications
The
second grade communications block includes reading, writing,
speaking, listening and English mechanics. Units vary
in length. Various strategies will be used to develop
communication skills. Assessments will be done.
Time is available for student conferencing and reteaching
for mastery using various approaches, depending on the student's
learning style. Reassessment will follow.
